Ok, so I haven't read in a while and really just want to pick up a book that will be hard to put down. I'm open to all suggestions, but I'm particularly interested in adventure/mystery. That'd also be great if you guys could write a sentence or two on the book to sell me on it. :)

Genghis Khan and the Making of the Modern World by Jack Weatherford. It’s nonfiction, but it’s a truly epic adventure following Genghis Khan/Temujin from his childhood throughout his entire life. I can’t recommend the book enough.

Thanks! I’ll check it out.

Any more thoughts?

The Brothers K. Not a mystery/adventure, but a great, great book nonetheless. I highly recommend it.

Hop on Pop, by Theodore Geisel

It’s a fascinating, heart-wrenching tale of torture and patricide. Beware - may cause nightmares.

Everyone Poops.<3

Gravity’s Rainbow.

Never have I read a book fulfilling as that. Thus, there is my username, heh heh.
