Boston College and similar

I know this is may be annoying as I dont give you enough information... but

SAT: Haven't taken yet... based on PSAT+prep, I am confident I will be in the top 3 percentile.

Grades: Scale of 4.0=A, 4.3=A+, 3.7=A- etc.
Freshman year around 3.7
Sophmore year 3.3 maybe :(
Junior year 4.0..
Senior year: will be 4.0+
Cumulative will be around 3.5 by the end of my junior year

Classes:
Sophmore year = AP US history, Junior year = assorted honors, Senior year will have Calc BC, AP Language, and assorted honors

Extracurriculars--
-some relatively impressive service
-3 years of band
-just finished my 2nd year of policy debate in which i've done pretty well and will continue into my senior year....
-a few other less significant things

Anyways, I guess it comes down to the balance between SATs and GPA... obviously my GPA is lower than most people who will be applying to these colleges... however, I will do very well on the SAT.. above average for the people who go to these schools.....

Perhaps not enough information, but maybe I could get a few vague opinions..

thanks

Top 3 percentile for SAT I as in...1450-1500 (old scale)?

If everything else is solid, i would say you have, at the least, a decent chance...but then again, BC decisions have been unpredictable this year so you don't really know
