<p>The Planning Board last night approved plans for a $20.4 million residence hall at the College of the Holy Cross. The four-story, 58,000-square-foot residence hall will be built near the center of the school’s 174-acre campus on College Hill. The residence hall will have 39 suites and be able to house up to 156 students.</p>
