Hey guys I am an incoming senior. My dream school has always been Boston college. The problem is my GPA significantly dropped junior year because I took more AP classes than I could handle. My weighted GPA right now is 92.87 however I’m hoping to significantly improve it in the beginning of senior year. I also have an ACT score of a 32 and I am even retaking it hoping to get a higher. This is my dream. Can you guys please give me any advice if there’s anything I can do hoping it’s not too late
When I applied to BC my weighted gpa was 4.5 /4.0 , act was 35 and that qualified me for honors I would volunteer a lot and write a really good personal statement and you should be okay
Focus on essays! Those can have an impact and those you CAN control, at least a lot more so than grades or test scores.
