I'm applying directly to the Lynch School of Education. I come from a highly respected international school in Asia, Hong Kong International School, and my unweighted GPA is 3.326 (a little above my school's average) and my first SAT score was 1620 (a lot lower than HKIS's average, but I am taking it again in October) Does applying to the Lynch School of Education give me a boost since not as many probably apply there? I'm EA'ing to BC. Are there any current students going to BC who could give me the heads up. I am more of a humanities/community service kind of person rather than a sports or science/math person. So, my recommendations and essay are strong, but it's my scores I'm worried about.
