Boston U or American U?

<p>I'm currently trying to decide between Boston University and American University for an undergrad in journalism/ international studies (and possibly law school later on). Although they both have good opportunities in big cities I am leading towards American for its more intimate campus feel and smaller student population. Is this stupid when BU is generally ranked overall ranking/ name recognition?</p>

<p>also, tution would be almost the same for me at both- but either would be a stretch so i want to make sure i make the right decision.</p>

<p>American has a very strong international relations program, and you should be able to land some great internships in D.C., being the political hot spot that it is. Good luck with your decision.</p>
