Which is better for engineering, Boston University or Rutgers New Brunswick (undergrad)? I might also consider physics; which one is better of these two?

What form of engineering?

If it's BME, for example, then BU is better hands down. This may not be true for all disciplines.

For physics, I'd give Rutgers the edge.

It would not likely be biomed. probably mechanical or possibly electrical, but not sure. I thought rutgers might be the better choice (an offer more flexibility?)

Rutgers for anything but BME. Main reason why: the tution.

Assume that I got a full scholarship to both. Which is better, as far as better education and better reputation for getting a job (I can't exactly decide socially).

It depends on your location. Near Boston, BU has a better rep. I presume that in NJ or NYC, Rutgers does. I have no idea about anywhere else.
