Boston University ED1 Class of 2024

I was thinking that we could all share our Stats and which college we applied to at BU for ED1. We can also let each other know when decisions come out, ask any questions about our BU applications, and share our decision results

To start: I applied (undeclared) to Sargent College SAT: 1450 (I only took it once) GPA: 3.71 (unweighted)

Question: Has anyone else received an email around Nov 18. stating, “Thank you for your application for admission to Boston University under our Early Decision program. We are thrilled that BU is your first choice.”

I applied to CAS as an international relations major with a 3.71 uw/4.4 w and a 1380 sat.

I did receive that email as well.

Hi! I applied to Questrom with a major in Global Business (and hoping for a minor in Gen. Communications). Have a 3.91 unweighted, 5.14 weighted. SAT was 1450, too.
Does anyone else know what specific time decisions are coming out on the 15? I emailed them but they’ve yet to respond, lol.

@cattibbetts I think last year decisions came out Dec 14 at 4pm, but it changes every year, so we just gotta wait it out

Hi! I applied EDII into the Sarget college with the Trustee Scholarship
I took the ACT: 28
Average: 95.3
We do not rank
I have an extensive list of extracurriculars
I know this school is a reach for me, but it is my dream school. I am extremely nervous about my decision. Some insight would be extremely helpful thanks

I’m happy to see so many Sargent applications! Good luck everyone

UPDATE: My school got a call from them yesterday and they said they were planning to release decisions TODAY at 3pm or later…any time now guys

I just got in!!! Everyone check your portals!!!

OMG I GOT IN!

My daughter applied to BU’s MD accelerated program on November 15 2019. Nobody called yet to schedule an interview (mandatory for this program). Can she apply regular decision to another program at BU?

@adadouthere In the past at least if you are not accepted to the combined program you cannot be accepted as a regular undergraduate. Call amissions to confirm.
