<p>The common applicatino supplement for Boston University requires that I construct a “brief” why essay. Would my 400-450 words be considered short? </p>
<p>It’s rather subjective: I think “brief” should have been defined.</p>
<p>there is a character limit i think its 1250...i ran into that problem when i was submitting</p>
<p>mine was 127 words and i got in ED I</p>
<p>400-450 will definitely not fit</p>
<p>mine was 234 and it just barely fit</p>
