<p>Yeah i'm in-state for Penn State, and money is an issue but they come out to be about the same in tuition with financial aid</p>

<p>I'd go to Boston University. I was accepted there and at Penn State, and I would've chosen BU over Penn State anyday, even four years later.</p>
