I just emailed my admissions person and asked if I could withdraw so I could apply for the fall

It looks like theyâre just automatically rejecting whoeverâs left
Why do you say that?
No one has been admitted since November
My guess is they ran out of spots and historically all the acceptances come out early on and the last waves are rejections

Still nothing. Going to call them Monday. I go to school in Boston already so Iâll even offer to visit the admissions office in person and talk to someone there if itâs easier. Just want to know if thereâs any possibility of still getting in.

Their phone line is useless. It never connects you to a person or even a bot, just an infinite dial tone. I thought they mightâve listed the wrong number, so I contacted the main office (which is just a voice recognition operator,) which successfully recognized my trying to reach admissions, and then just gave me the same dial tone as before. Might walk over or take the train to BU today and try to ask someone in the physical admissions office if they arenât completely shutting out outsiders because of Covid.
Just got a text from my safety school saying their enrollment deposit is due Wednesday. This is nightmarish, honestly. Never been particularly fond of any school except BU, and here I might just get ghosted by them until itâs too late
Rejected. I got an email around 4:10 PM saying my decision was out.
Same here. My safe school is due on the 15th, but my dream school is BU. This makes me so anxious.
Admissions told someone last week decisions will be out by the 15th
