No cause I think my app was strong, I had good recs and took hard classes, good ECs too. My GPA wasn’t that strong but I think the other parts of my app made up for it. I really think it does come down to luck😕
Absolutely. I can imagine AO have an extremely difficult time deciding between qualified applicants. I have a 4.0, have been taking 21 credits per semester while working 40-60 hours a week at a tech startup. That was extremely difficult for me to manage and I am completely burned out at this point. Just one acceptance would help lol.

They can’t accept everyone ig. Every year it’s a record number of applicants which is super annoying. This school is my best ticket out of syracuse and I really just need one acceptance
