You know the answer, @stephendedalus99…and fishing for the answer you prefer won’t change it! If you are applying to Oxford you have to put down ALL your scores. And, your ACT is not that bad- and not bad enough to hurt you at the other London unis…
My understanding is that you have to list all AP, SAT and ACT scores. No exceptions.
