Is it possible to transfer to NEU after 2 years of undergrad and do 4 years of pharmacy at NEU? I decided to go into pharmacy too late so I didn't apply to the 6 year program, but I really want to go to NEU because it's close to my home in MA. I don't have any grades right now since I am a freshman at McGill but my high school stats are:
SAT I: 2270/2400, 1480/1600
SAT II: Biology 670, Math II 750, History 600
GPA: 4.0/4.5

EC's:
~300 hours of volunteering
Violin tutoring once a week
Violin lessons since 5th grade
Interning over the summer

I got some french, bio, and math awards.

Chances?

I would call the Bouve office to see if they are accepting any transfer applications for the 6 year PharmD program. Our son is a 3rd year PharmD student and I don't recall whether they had any transfers into the program. Bouve is pretty strict on having all of the prerequisities completed with a 2.700 overall GPA or better. There are a couple of pre-pharm specific classes (i.e. pharmacy practice & medical microbiology) that are integrated into the first two years. The Bouve office would be your best source to find out whether or not they will be accepting transfer students from outside NU into the 6 year pharmacy program.

This information is from the current NU website under the transfer student admissions information:

Please note that, due to limited space, we can no longer accept undergraduate transfer applications into the following majors:

Pharmacy
Health Science

Yeah they said they don't accept transfers anymore, effective fall 2009... what if I applied with my high school grades as a freshman? How hard is it to get in?

Just my guess, but I think you'd probably have a pretty good chance with your stats. Our son's SAT scores were similar, but his GPA was much lower than yours. (However, that was 3 years ago and every year admissions becomes more competitive.)
