and I got rejected ~~
However, the letter said they received just under 200 applicants and only had three admits. Congrats to the 1.5% if their on here.

3 out of 200

The letter says "with ** close ** to 200 qualified canadidates"

that's insanity...glad I didn't apply in the end.

P.S. I remember seeing on the brochure for transfers that they would have approx. 10 to 15 spots available...now they take three. At least someone profits from this situation

I think they are lying, each school inflates their numbers to make it seem competitive. I bet they accepted 5-10.

i haven't gotten my decision yet, but I am expecting a rejection.

Well you'd suppose that the acceptances went out by priority mail (like other schools do) and would have been received first, so if people are already receiving rejections via first class mail...only more rejections are probably still on the way.

i haven't gotten anything yet...although i have a feeling that it was sent to my dorm and will have to forwarded to my home...

grant...where do you live??

Hmm, so I didn't bother applying to Middlebury for that very reason. Then it turns out Bowdoin is the same. sigh Guess I'll check my mail today and see what happens.

Rejected.....

Emily: I liove in Maine, so naturally I would have received my response before most.

no letter in NY as of Saturday.

nothing in michigan yet

Funny, I live much farther away from Maine than you guys.

still, nothing

denied.. but I expected it.

3/~200. wow.

nothing yet in detroit...

Tuesday mail: nothin'.

rejected...it was sent to my dorm and then forwarded to my home
