<p>I never said anything about all NYS public schools as I have seen the differences in transcripts for students from different parts of the state that transfer into NYC public school. What I said all NYC public schools use the same system to generate transcripts and report cards (STARS, formerly HSST) and grades can be uploaded through easy grade pro or excel.</p>
