Brainstorming, would like some help that college books cant give

Augustana. Great LAC, graduates seem to rave about it, and they recently installed lights, new pole vault & high jump areas, plus new shot, discus & hammer rings, which seems to indicate they support Track and Field pretty well. Plus the campus is gorgeous.

{edited, because it might help if I spelt the name of the college right!}

thanks everyone! this was very helpful!

Williams, Bowdoin, Middlebury, Amherst, Colgate. On the West Coast, Claremont-McKenna or Pomona.

Wesleyan is very liberal and probably not the best-known for its sports.

hmm ... first thoughts are
* check out all the schools in the NESCAC, all the schools in Haverford's conference, and all the schools in Panoma's conference (you can find their conference mates on www.d3hoops.com).
* Review these schools for location (for example, Tufts is out because of it's city campus) and majors and such.
* Check the remaining schools web-sites to see if they have soccer and the pole vault ... and while you're there contact their soccer and track coaches!
* Use one of the college finder programs to find schools like this initial list.
Good luck! (and switch to a sane track event like the 3000!)

The five Claremont Colleges (maybe not Harvey Mudd so much since it focuses a lot more on math/science). But Pomona, McKenna, Pitzer, and Scripps (if you're a girl that is) would all fit your requirements pretty well.
