can someone pm me how to get into the briarcliff tunnels?

half the fun is figuring that out for yourself. A little research goes a long way. I’ll give you a hint: befriend someone from facilities management.

i’ve been digging around, but most of my upperclassmen friends are korean international kids so they don’t know much about the tunnels.

any information i’ve found online is 4-5 years old so iunno if it’s still relevant.

not on campus yet so cannot charm old facilities management ladies :/

you might be better off chatting with some of the old handymen, painters, or carpenters, especially the ones who have been at Emory for awhile. or just go on a “walk” around briarcliff campus and explore for yourself.

I can tell you that they link the cottages on the periphery (which are abandoned and have tons of asbestos contamination) with the main building in the middle (which is still used) and that they’re creepy.

PS There are tunnels for steam pipes on main campus as well, but they have cameras and really aren’t interesting anyway. Stay out of those, if you happen to find them. EPD doesn’t like students to go down there for safety and security reasons (trust me… almost got arrested, but I think they thought we were smoking pot).

Why are you searching for these tunnels? I’ve never heard about these

I’ve never heard of these either. Tunnels?
