My major is language and international trade at Clemson and international studies at Charleston. I have a friend who goes to Charleston who I have visited a couple times and I love it, it's so pretty there and just really fun. But I was born and raised a Clemson fan and I had my heart set on Clemson. I love it there and I practically bleed purple and orange.

Also, if anyone has been in the bridge what was your social experience like? Did you make friends at the actual university? What was the transition like your sophomore year? I know college is to learn and whatnot but I'm also trying to have fun as well ;)

I’m not in the bridge program so I can’t comment on any experiences or the transition.

However I rarely say this on here since I love Clemson but I would really consider going to College Of Charleston. You have nothing against the college and honestly you will get a much better liberal arts education (languages, international studies etc…) at C of C (Clemson is more for technical/pre-professional fields such as engineering, science, business, education etc…) Plus, you wouldn’t have to start off at a school like Tri-County

Do you have any idea what you want to do with your degree?

I really have no idea what I want to do with it haha. But because Charleston is only international studies, I feel like I’d have more career options with a major focused more on international trade or business. I know USC has a great international business program, but I literally couldn’t bring myself to apply there haha.

well there you go, sounds like Clemson is the fit for you then. You could also major in a business field at Clemson and then get a foreign language minor.
