<p>I know :(. But they want us to bring a pillow and a blanket >_<!!! I only managed to fit a blanket… rest clothing, etc… inside my backpack :p!</p>
<p>Pillow and blanket take a lot of space. But managed to squeeze everything into one bag</p>
<p>Go purchase a camping pillow. They are inflatable and pack well with no air in them. My S spent 3 nights up at Cal in a friend’s dorm room last weekend and had a great time. Enjoy your trip. We’re headed to Ann Arbor Friday but I’m hoping he picks Cal and saves the old man some serious dough. Speaking of dough, go have pizza at Zachary’s!</p>
<p>Yay, definitely glad there’s lots of excitement for Senior Weekend! I’m actually going to be a mentor with the REACH Senior Weekend programming, so hopefully I’ll get to meet a bunch of you this weekend.</p>

<p>@last question, we’ll be following a strict schedule with about 1-2 hr free time a day. We’re basically doing REACH oriented activities. We’ll be touring for sure though.</p>

<p>If you have a six character record locator for a flight on Southwest Airlines, you can check in and get your boarding pass at southwest.com within 24 hours of flight time. On Southwest Airlines, earlier check in gets a lower number and earlier boarding with earlier choice of seating.</p>
<p>If you may be flying often on an airline, you may want to sign up for its frequent flyer program.</p>
<p>For this program, Cal will be providing us the ticket. So we have to meet them at the counter before we go in, etc… </p>
<p>But does that six char record locator still apply in this case? I don’t travel much, so please forgive me!</p>
<p>I’m not involved with planning flight logistics, so unfortunately, I can’t answer your questions on transportation before/after you get to Berkeley.</p>
<p>With regards to activities, MisterB7K is right in that there is a set agenda for the majority of the weekend. Most of the activities and events will be in Berkeley, but we will be going to Oakland Chinatown and San Francisco on Friday night for fun times. </p>
