(Brief) Chances of Purdue/Wisconsin-Madison

Hi,
I'm a white male from North Dakota applying to schools in the Midwest without financial aid needs, and trying to get into, not only a great engineering (specifically mech., comp., aero.) school, but a school with other highly ranked programs such as architecture or business. I also want the general "college campus" feel that I got when I visited Purdue (if you've been there you'll know what I mean). So....

With a -29 ACT score (28ENG,28MATH,30READ,25SCI,8WRIT)
- Unweighted 3.87 cumulative GPA
- AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus AB, AP Computer Programming, Spanish1-3
- Varsity golf(all-state,captain), tennis, spanish club, Philanthropy&Youth club, volunteering @ Humane Society, and Eagle Scout
- Some recommendations, a great essay, and some charm....

What are my chances at getting into the engineering schools of
1. PURDUE UNIVERSITY - WEST LAFAYETTE
2. UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - MADISON
3. UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA - TWIN CITIES
4. UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS - URBANA-CHAMPAIGN
5. UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN - ANN ARBOR
6. IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY - AMES

Don't have to rate my chances for all, but a few would be greatly appreciated! (campus descriptions welcome!)

You do need to bring up your ACT score a couple points or more for most of these engineering school. For Purdue, Wisconsin and Minnesota, aim at 31+. For UIUC and UMich, aim at 33+. Note the mid 50 ACT for the last 2 engineering schools are 31-34. Your GPA is slightly below average for them too.
