<p>My friend is opening an umbrella school so her sons can have the High School transcripts and High School Diploma coming from a accredited institution in order to apply for the Bright Futures scholarship here in Florida.<br>
She wants me to join her, as many others are going to be doing it, but I have been warned by other parents that "it" doesn't work necessarily like that. And to be careful, because I could ruin my son the chance to get it through other more valid ways. And to get in his choice of college....
My son is registered with the Palm Beach School district and is taking FLVS at the moment. Eventually, I want him to join the American School. These moms are making me believe that by join in, it will be much, much easier for all of us.....Any thoughts on this?</p>
