Bright Futures for Out of State Private?

<p>I plan on attending Cornell University next year.
Does Florida give any money to me if I attend an out of state private college?
Or does anyone know specifically if Cornell just honors the scholarship? </p>

<p>I am going into one of the state-chartered schools if that makes things different.</p>
