How is it? Are there good job offers for graduates of Brown University engineering majors? How is the quality of engineering education at Brown?

the reponse from last time:

brown has the oldest undergraduate engineering program in the ivy league and the second oldest in the country. i think it is much better than it gets attention for and often goes unnoticed because of its small size (particularly on the graduate side) and because it is not a separate school within Brown (like Fu at Columbia).

my fiance was an undergrad and now grad student engineer at MIT and since many of my friends at brown are engineers, i've had many opportunities to compare. brown does not have the scope and variety of research that MIT has in engineering, but definitely has comparable facilities (rapid prototyping labs, etc.), and quality of undergrad teaching. check out
