<p>Hi, I'm looking to major in biology. At this point I have to make a choice between applying to either Brown University or University of Pennsylvania. What are the pros and cons for both schools?</p>
<p>And to clarify, I'm not going into pre-med.</p>

<p>Why either or? Neither is automatic for anyone so unless there’s a reason to apply to only one, apply to both. If you can only apply to one for some reason, I suggest Penn just because of bioengineering, hospitals on campus, health science graduate schools and research/pharma at or near Penn.</p>
<p>Will make absolutely ZERO difference. Choose the one you prefer socially.</p>
