***BS/MD Results for Class of 2013***

arborvitae-- I’m waiting to hear from Siena/AMC too and the suspense is driving me crazy!!! Please share details–were you notified by email, snail mail, post card, etc…you said you found out today?

We found out yesterday by snail mail.

Congrats to your daughter, Arborvitae!! I also sent you a PM.

@mk8077 Thanks! I dont have enough posts to PM. The acceptance letter is dated March 1st and we are from NJ.

@arborvitae, when did your daughter interview at Siena?

S got admitted to Union/Albany!

Congrats @fallpsat!!!

Thank you!

Can one reasonably apply to all three: RPI/SIENNA/UNION ?

Yes, you can apply to any and all AMC programs.

I was a bit concerned relative to the undergrads having different emphasis/focus and being able to or having to defend to AMC how one is a “FIT” for all three schools. It makes sense that a desirable student would do well at any of the schools, but essentially suggesting one’s research acumen to RPI and one’s humanities/politico-economic prowess to Union/Sienna appears to be talking out of both ends!?? I might be reaching or making more out of this …of course AMC is well aware that the medical school admission reigns supreme in this discussion.

planning my application strategy for the fall application cycle and sorting out realistic options. Congratulations, by the way, to all of you who have worked so hard and hope the rewards keep coming.

Much appreciate the valuable info and experiences that have come along the chat.

Accepted to Brooklyn College/SUNY Downstate program.

@egyprince is that your top choice? How many interviewed, how many accepted?

yes it is! 39 interviewed out of 550+ and 23 accepted

has anyone heard from BU SMED? or does anyone know when they come out?
