I really want to become a doctor, but I can’t decide between MD or DO. I am leaning towards DO, but I am worried that the residencies won’t accept complex scores. Anny advice?
Apply to both kinds of programs. See if you get admitted anywhere. If you are admitted to more than one place, that is the time to worry about whether one option is better than another. you get admitted. Then decide.
Thanks for responding. I will make sure to apply to as many as I can. I am still in high school and won’t be going off to college for about 2 years. I was also wondering that because do take the complex, would they be able to get into as many residencies as mds?
