What do you all think about this?

My thought process was that with my finance major I could attempt to become an investment banker, but with that being such a stressful environment and so hard to get into, my chemical engineering major could help me become a quant if I needed to fall back on something (and it's still an amazing job). Also, if I were to do well in my classes, it would make me stand out when trying to get into investment banking because my grades in two difficult majors would show that I could perform well in a stressful and demanding work environment, which is the same type of environment as investment banking.

Also, because I still don't know if I want to go into finance or chemical engineering (I also love math, chemistry, engineering, and Econ, and chemical engineering covers all of that!) obviously majoring in chemical engineering as well would allow me to keep my options open.
