BU Medical School from HS

I was wondering how much harder is it to get into BU or Case Western’s medical school 7 or 8 year program after high school? I am interested in these programs, and I am already very competitive for these schools just for undergrad, but how much harder is it to get into these 7 or 8 year medical programs right out of hs?

For BU at least students admitted to the 7 year BA/MD program are often cross admits at the Ivies.

Consider all 7 year BS/MD programs as among the most difficult to obtain entry. If that’s your understanding going into it, then you’re fine.
