BU has grade deflation so cross it out.
Then its the cheapest between Pitt and Nyu.

When applying to Med school , does any of the above three have more consideration then the others ?

Not really.
Follow the money. Pitt can get you into medical school just as well as NYU.

an algorithm makes the first cut and doesn’t include the name of your university at all.
You need to choose the place where you’re in the top 25% of generally admitted students and which is affordable.
Pitt is very well-known for its premed program - is it cheaper for you than NYU?

The grade deflation at BU is overblown. Yes, one may get a shade lower gpa than relatively easier schools elsewhere, but as long as one makes the cut to like a magna cum laude level or above and mention on their med school applications, it shouldn’t matter whether it is a 3.7 at a tougher school vs 3.85 at an easier school for the similar level of achievement (around 3.75 at BU for magna)
Yes, about 1/3 rd of BU med school matriculants each year would have prior affiliation with BU some how or the other. EAP, seven year program, undergrad, graduate students and alumni.
