Also good luck to everyone! I’m nervous yet confident since I got into Richmond, which is similar admissions wise to Bucknell
@Glang77 With these competitive schools I have no idea. I got accepted into Lehigh but waitlisted into Lafayette, Accepted into Boston College and denied to Boston University. Im hoping i get in but you never know
I agree. You never really know. I got into Lehigh but waitlisted at Richmond and nova. I got into UCSB but denied from UC Davis. It’s very random
What time do you think they will come out? @cccrsn? It says by 9, but it would be earlier than that i hope.
I’d trust 9pm est. it’s mostly likely because they want to post decisions after the office is closed and also after students are home from school.
I think its interesting hearing the craziness of waitlists. @cccrsn I got into Nova, but waitlisted at Lehigh and @acron611 I also got into Laf, but waitlisted at Lehigh. You honestly have no clue what might happen these days.
@desperateplea its very random. i predict I get rejected lol
@acron611 what were your stats
29 ACT., 3.9/ 4 GPA
omg 3 more hours
Calling a reject for here. seems like all accepted applicants last year had crazy high stats
@realperson2990 what are your stats?
A lot of these schools in PA got tough cause they all got the Villanova Overflow
@schoolboy01 whats that? I got into Villanova, but probably not Bucknell.
I’ve been waitlisted at Villanova, Fordham, and Lafayette…really hoping for some good news tonight
I think it means that with villanovas huge increase in apps came more apps for nearby schools like Lehigh, bucknell, Lafayette, etc
@acron611
4.0 W gpa, 30 ACT, 8 APs, good amount of ECs and leadership roles I think, but I doubt it’ll be enough
@realperson2990 well we will see soon enough. I doubt ill get in
I think it’s easiest to go in thinking it could go either way. No need in getting too exited or too sad! Good luck to everyone!
I think its good going in expecting a rejection, because then if you are accepted it feels even better, but I see the rational in thinking either way. I got into engineering at Villanova and Lafayette and wait listed at LeHigh so really who knows these days
