<p>Everytime I try to register online, it gives me the following error:</p>

Unable to authenticate 'my username'.</p>

<p>i got that same problem too. I emailed them (there should be something there to contact them for techinical problems), and they fixed the problem for me within a day. hope that helps.</p>
