I'm a sophomore with 7 AP tests coming up, and I've just been feeling so burned out and not motivated to work...how do you guys deal with burn out?

bump! any ideas?

You burn out, and then you see how terrible the consequences are, and then you get your act together.

exactly what preamble said. around this time of year (3rd quarter) is usually when I burn out and it’s happening right now. I have a physics lab looming over my head as well as an 81 page play I need to read. I had two essays due today and I have no ideas for my upcoming art project. I’m taking 3 english classes which I enjoy but this set up is stressful. Anyway, just go with the flow. Try doing things that you enjoy and make you happy. Give yourself a bit of a break then get to your homework and studying. Finish the year strong.

I burned out a few weeks ago, once I saw my grades drop I picked up the slack, most likely you’ll do the same.

Why would a sophomore take 7AP exams? Are you self-studying? Do you think it is wise thing to do? Think real hard and make sure you can be ready for the exams. It’s not how many you take, it’s how we’ll you do that matters.
