I’m an accounting major at the Cuny College of Staten Island, though I’m considering changing it to finance or any other business major, because the accounting class doesn’t seem interesting to me. I was wondering if a business major at a Cuny School is any good? Also I couldn’t exactly transfer to Baruch because I was a student there and I basically flunked out of that school.
How many accounting classes have you taken? You’ll still need accounting as a finance major.
Accounting 1 & 2, and intermediate are all building blocks. While there’s nothing that exciting about debiting cash & crediting revenue, it’s the beginning of your understanding the mechanics of financial statements.
