Business Major at BC

Hey guys i am currently looking at business schools and BC is one of my top choices. My stats are 2230 SAT’s, 3.8 GPA, and top 10%. Other schools i am applying to is Wharton, NYU, UMICH, and Northeastern. Wharton will undoubtedly be a HUGE reach followed by NYU and UMICH being slight reaches (I believe). BC and NEU are matches and i believe I have the best chances at these two schools. I was wondering if anyone who is currently enrolled in the business school can provide me with any information regarding academic rigor, and internships. What are my chances for honors and financial aid? Thanks for your help guys!!!

Go do some research before asking us:

[Undergraduate Business Programs - BusinessWeek](<a href=“Bloomberg Businessweek - Bloomberg”>Bloomberg Businessweek - Bloomberg)

That was what I consulted when I applied late last year. And, due to this research, I have elected to go to BC.

Thanks xx5xx, I have done research and quite frankly i’m sick of reading text from ranking agencies, and came here to get some qualitative factors. Anyone else who can give a brief synopsis of class feel and rigor? I might be visiting in the summer and sitting in on a summer course (hopefully do this in the fall as well). Anyone else?

Wharton isn’t quite the reach you think it is. It comes down to your essays and ec’s. Same applies for NYU and UM, you’re stats are at or above the norm, it all comes down to essays and ec’s; disclosure: those two are matches pending your ec’s. NU will def be the easiest following BC, but there are no gurantees. Your grades and scores are there, now it’s up to you to portray yourself to UGADM through your essays and ec’s.
