Hi guys,
I have been looking around and not a lot of these questions are asked and I guess I just wanted some opinions, sorry if this is too specific. Okay, so right now I go to a community college and I want to make the most of my time here so that I can at least have a decent chance at a reputable school when transferring. I talked to some advisors about things I could do and they would constantly tell me projects people have done in the past that were very impressive in their transfer resumes, such as participating in cancer research. One student even studied the colleges use of electricity and found exactly where the school was losing the most electricity per semester. I would like to do projects like these, but the only thing is that I am a business major. All these projects are STEM related and I believe that they wouldn’t help my resume. What I hope to get from this is some ideas on projects related to business that I could try and do, similar to the ones I mentioned but just business focused instead of STEM. I am still between majoring in accounting or finance so I guess anything related to that would be appreciated.
