Heyy
I was wondering about chances @ these schools as of now (im only a junior)....ne more suggestions for schools?

University of Delaware (my top choice by far)
Penn State
Pitt
UMass
Indiana University
Uconn
UMD
UNC
Boston University
Boston College

GPA: unweighted= 3.7 weighted: 4.1
Class Rank= 45/270

-national honor society
-High honors
-XC (7-12)
-Track (7-12)
-Newspaper (10-12)
-Spanish Club (11-12)
-Relay for Life participant

Junior Classes:
Ap Euro History (will bring weighted grade up more) A
Spanish 4 (the advanced spanish for grade 11) A
Algebra II B+
Chem B
English A
American Cultures A

Senior year i will be taking 4 classes for the "Young Scholars" progam at our school at some of the local colleges, also i will be in Spanish AP

PSAT Scores :1580 (so low i know)

Im taking the SATs soon and am also going to take and SAT class...im not a great test taker though.....anyway i would like to major in International Relations and plan on taking 2 subject tests

it will be difficult to chance u w/o official SAT scores. I recommend taking a rigirous SAT class, i went from an 1860 to a 2140, bu ti went to calss everyday for 6 horus. Loko for a class like that, a class tha twill make u sit down and study and learn. W/ ur gpa and a 2000-2100 uc an apply to some higher ranked schools

Keep working at your SATs...so far thats the only thing that could use some work (for the some of the schools you are looking into....but dont let any other arrogants high-achievers on CC tell you they suck...they could be far worse). Oh, and if your school offers more APs, go for them. It might be more challenging, but it helps a lot.

Keep at those EC's. It helps to be editor of newspaper and captain of a team. Try to get that done, but if thats not possible, no big deal.

I agree with ^^^ about BC and BU but I would also add UNC to that list. If U of Delaware remains your first choice, you won't have any issues about being happy a year from now. Enjoy the rest of HS...take the future testing seriously and you won't have any problems.
