Buying Textbooks On-line

Does the PSU website list the textbooks needed for specific courses? I thought it might be worthwhile to try and buy the books on-line. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Thanks

This is what you do. Go on to the PSU Bookstore site

http://psu.bncollege.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/BNCBHomePage?storeId=18555&catalogId=10001.

Look up the classes you are taking. It will give you the names of the books you need and the authors. Then go on to the regular Barnes and Noble site to get the ISBN #'s for the most recent editions. Then go onto www.keeplow.com for the lowest pricezs. I save $100's of $ each year buying them used.

Thanks for the info lowermorelandmom! It's so much cheaper to buy textbooks used. I'm going to pass this along to others!

You can also shop around for better prices on new books. My son bought a foreign edition of a math book that listed for over $100 for about $20.
