C in AP Physics

Second semester of my junior year I got a C in AP physics and I’ve never gotten a C on my transcript before. It was a very hard class and I basically had to try and teach the material to myself which was near impossible. However I got A’s in all of my other classes including 3 other AP classes so i still managed to pull a 4.33 gpa. On my whole high school transcript, I have had all A’s other than 4 B’s and 1 C. Will colleges be more understanding of my C if it’s in an extremely difficult class and the rest of my grades are good? How will this affect admissions and receiving scholarships?

It shouldn’t be a problem. The only way it could be even a tiny problem would be if you are planning to major in physics or some type of engineering that is very physics specific at a super selective school.
