I am! Although I'm more excited for that 40 I'll be drinking while taking it.

I love ridiculous online surveys/courses.

lmao. I forgot about that one. Especially considering where I’m going, this is going to be a joke.. No, …it is.

yeah what the hell is that. i’m from canada. my alc ed was called grade nine
…and i can never drink vodka orange juice again

In my school, they frequent canada. :]

mmmmmmmmm Old English 800

i hate you for being able to get 40’s. stupid florida laws; can only get 32’s

Why haven’t I had to take that?

Not all schools require it…mine doesn’t. I think if you get an MIP or PAULA (Minor in Possession or Possession of Alcohol Under the Legal Age) ticket in the dorms here you might have to take it but I haven’t heard anyone talk about having to take it…friends at other schools have had to take it though.

Now i’m kinda curious: To all of you that have had to take it, is your school a “wet campus”? Maybe that’s why I haven’t heard anything about having to take it.

what do u mean by “wet campus”

Well, you’re not supposed to have it if that’s the question. But the location (and therefore ease of getting it) makes it nearly impossible to enforce.

hahah! me too! i actually sometimes can barely drink plain orange juice because the taste will make me sick to my stomach..

also we had no alcohol classes or anything..lost cause..

Creighton University has the CARE program.
Creighton Alcohol Recovery Education… you basically get to go to CUMC and get treated for alcohol poisoning. Then you get to pay for it out of pocket. No insurance can be used, you have to sign a waiver to attend blah blah blah. And then you get to go to classes for the rest of the semester.

I just took Alcohol Edu as it was required for my school. This is the first year it is required. I’m going to Penn State.

I just tried to take the course… didn’t work out too well…
I need an 80%, and received the scores of 75%,70%,75%,70% each time I took it. hahaha

"Sorry! You failed to achieve a passing score on the post-quiz.

Unfortunately, you’ve already taken the quiz the maximum number of times your institution allows to pass. Please contact your campus MyStudentBody.com administrator."

I had to take this when I was an RA to help out kids who needed help with it. The stupid part was that they were to have already taken it before they came to college. Not to mention that our internet sucked at the time, so a bunch of kids that didn’t take it, tried to take it when they got to school and KILLED our speed. I suggest you go make a sandwich when all the videos are playing.

I’m a college Dean of Students, and we require AlcoholEdu of our entire entering class. Yes, they gripe and moan about it as you all are doing, but on the survey after Part IV, 85-90% each year recommend that we use it with the following year’s freshmen.

Did everyone’s who has taken the Alc Edu Test take it from MyStudentBody.com? Actually the test wasn’t that bad, although I didn’t really learn anything new (praise my parents and my teachers)
And to the guys who had too many vodkas and OJ…how can you stand vodka…hated it since the time I first touched it. Hated wine as well.
Rather have a good whiskey or a chilled Cobra/Fosters anyday.

Oh and I did get 80% on my test…got 18 outta 20 questions right

Yeah that’s the one I failed. I kept getting 75% and 70%, and now I can’t take it anymore. I guess I have to have them reset the timer or something.

At my college you didn’t have to take AlcoholEdu until you got written up for a drinking violation.
