<p>Nah, I believe its by major because there are also some impacted L&S majors such as econ while there are some that are unimpacted.</p>
<p>no, its by division... ex: all history, psych, soc, and other majors of social sciences compete for the same spot, all humanities for the same spot, etc</p>
