<p>It doesn't charge, I think it's for identity verification.</p>
<p>hey Matt, what address did you give? i do not know my dorm address yet and i cannot have the tickets/billing info shipped to my house because i live in boston.</p>
<p>I didn't need to put in an adress, theres an option to have either the tickets mailed to you or for you to put the tickets on your ID swipe.</p>
