So I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same problem I am, or if it's just me, but I had recently been awarded a cal grant award, keep in mind that I submitted my Fafsa around February, and I had received notification of my award, but yesterday I got an email telling me I was no longer qualified because my income reached above the ceiling allotted. I check and my parent's total income was around 78,400, which the allowed amount for the 2012-2013 year is 80,000. Everything was fine up until yesterday, so I'm not sure if something happened to their system or if a mistake was made, but they're now claiming my parents made 81k roughly. I'm not sure how they got to this number. If anyone can help, I really appreciate it.

I’m very sorry to hear that the income just went over the threshold. I can think of 2 things: 1) your numbers from February were estimates and they have since filed their actual return which made the total increase or 2) the college made a change/correction to your FAFSA.
You should look online at your FAFSA and see if there was changes made by the college. If there are and you don’t understand them, you can call the fin aid office and ask.
