Cal Grant Claiming Process?

I got a letter a long time ago from CA Student Aid Commission about by Cal Grant Preliminary Eligibility Notification.
In the letter it says I have to claim the award by confirming school of attendance and submit high school graduation confirmation, but I am a senior in high school and I don’t know which college I am going to yet.

I already made a Cal Grant account but how do I claim my award when I have not yet decided my school of attendance or graduated high school yet?

Based on the information on the CSAC website, you need to confirm school of attendance when you decide. It looks like they target February for the start of the process. Obviously, you can’t confirm attendance until you are a) accepted and b) decide where you will attend. I get the sense that they expect this to be done by May, when decisions have to be made. I literally googled “Claim Cal Grant”.
