Cal Grant renewal award $0?

I transferred to CSUSB last school year 16/17 year, and was awarded Cal Grant A for about 5k. I am now married so I am independent with no dependents and my income for financial aid was only 35K for our household. My Cal Grant says it has been renewed and I was awarded Cal Grant A again, but that my award amount is $0. Why is my award $0? I should be qualified for B as well, but I’m not! Does anyone have a clue why I will not be receiving any Cal Grant money?

This is my Award Detail:

The same thing happened to me! Im still a dependent under my parents, household income $70k/yr. Received cal grant A for ~5.5k last year. My schools portal (SDSU) still estimates im getting that much this year, but WGS just updated and it says renewed for cal grant A for $0.

Same thing is happening to me my I got around the same 5.5K last year then this year at webgrants it says awarded $0. but my financial aid for my school(CSUF) came in today and says I have the same cal grant A amount as last year. So maybe when webgrant says $0 dollars it means any additional award amount besides the previous 5.5K from any previous years.
