I have 3 Cal Grant A: CC reserves (2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017) since I attended a community college. However on all of them where it says total award amount it say $0. Does that mean I’m not actually going to get anything from the three calgrants when I transfer to my my four-year university this fall semester? Or it will it most likely change when I submit the school of change?
If your Cal-Grant was on hold while you were at a CC, then technically your award amount each year was $0 since the funds were on hold. When you transfer and submit the school change, the new school you are at should have access to your Webgrants account and will update your award and portal accordingly. I would recommend calling CSAC and working with the school you are transferring to make sure everything is processed correctly.
