is it far away from campus?
why it does not include in the housing application?
any opinion on living in I house?

I was interested in this also. I thought I read somewhere that incoming students could not live at the I house........I could be wrong though.

Yes, but only junior and senior UG students; also, grad-students received priority when it comes to housing offers.

No, it's about a block away.

Technically, it is off-campus housing, but still quasiUCB housing; they are strongly affiliated with the university, but still retain an independent status.

No private bathrooms? Oh, I can't deal with that. I did it in the Marine Corps, but refuse to deal with that at a place im paying over a thousand dollars a month to live in.

I-house is not guarantee, right?
Can i apply both I-house and cal housing?

It's not guaranteed, and you can apply to both.

I LOVE the I-House....I don't live there but I study almost everyday in their coffee house. It's right across the street from campus (by Boalt law school) They have this huge lounge that the residents study or read in and I wish I could go in there because its really nice and those couches are calling me but since I don't live there they might kick me out....=) maybe I'll sneak in.

i was trying to apply for I-house.......and it says...undergraduate only eligible for Double!!!!!!
sigh....
is there anyway to live in a single execpt finding a room or studio myself?
