Cal Poly or CSU Long Beach for Nutrition/Dietetics?

The title says it all. Both schools are strong in the sciences and are top-tier state schools. Poly has that “learn by doing” approach which I really like, and is pretty much on par with the middle-tier UCs overall, and I feel as if I have a better chance of employment due to the school name. However, I could live at home and save 10k+ a year if I went to Long Beach. Oh and I posted this thread elsewhere but it seems like I’m more likely to get responses here.
