<p>I did not apply for early decision (really wishing I did), and applied regular for business administration. I have a 4.12 weighted cumulative gpa, 3.8 unweighted gpa, 23 on act, and two jobs (one relating to what I want to do). I have a lot of extra curricular and service hours, but I know they don't look at that :(. What are my chances? </p>
ACT does seem a bit low, but you do have a good GPA. Can’t say for certain, but it does look like a slight reach.

SLO would be a Low Reach for RD which is much more competitive than ED. Your chances would be much better if your ACT was higher. Good Luck and hope for the best.
Agree with the previous posters; ACT is a little low for a popular major like business. If you are in-state and a local, your chances are better.
