My D is interested in business administration (with concentration of information system), and from what i read, Cal Poly SLO is famous for its engineering programs, its business school although pretty good, it may not be at same level as the engineering school, is that a fair assessment?

What would be some of the comparable universities/colleges (public school in California) that is same level as Cal Poly SLO Business school(undergraduate)?
For example compare with UCI’s B.S. Business Information Management or UCSC 's Technology and Information Management, which one is better?
Both UCI and UCSC offer the major from their engineering department, while Cal Poly offer it through Business Administration(with information system concentration).
